Cette recherche m\u2019a naturellement conduite vers l\u2019ost\u00e9opathie, une approche globale du corps qui a enrichi ma pratique et renforc\u00e9 ma compr\u00e9hension du lien entre structure, fonction et v\u00e9cu \u00e9motionnel.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Au fil des ann\u00e9es, l\u2019accompagnement de mes patients m\u2019a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 affiner mon approche. J\u2019ai observ\u00e9 que certaines probl\u00e9matiques pouvaient s\u2019inscrire dans la dur\u00e9e, ou se manifester de mani\u00e8re similaire au sein d\u2019une m\u00eame famille. Ces observations ont ouvert un champ de r\u00e9flexion plus large sur les dimensions \u00e9motionnelles, relationnelles et transg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles du v\u00e9cu corporel.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Convaincue de l\u2019importance de consid\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00eatre humain dans sa globalit\u00e9, j\u2019ai progressivement orient\u00e9 mon travail vers l\u2019exploration des dimensions psycho-\u00e9motionnelles des blocages et des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres. C\u2019est en tant que patiente que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert l\u2019\u00e9tiom\u00e9decine, une approche holistique qui m\u2019a permis de me lib\u00e9rer de certains sch\u00e9mas r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs et de mieux comprendre les liens entre v\u00e9cu \u00e9motionnel, histoire personnelle et manifestations physiques.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>En 2016, j\u2019ai choisi de me former aupr\u00e8s de Max Bernardeau, \u00e9l\u00e8ve du Dr Jean-Louis Brinette, fondateur de l\u2019\u00e9tiom\u00e9decine, afin d\u2019int\u00e9grer pleinement cette approche globale \u00e0 ma pratique th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans la continuit\u00e9 de ce parcours, je me suis r\u00e9cemment form\u00e9e aux constellations familiales et syst\u00e9miques. Cet outil est venu approfondir ma compr\u00e9hension des dynamiques familiales et transg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles, et compl\u00e9ter mon accompagnement en donnant une place sp\u00e9cifique aux liens, aux loyaut\u00e9s invisibles et aux sch\u00e9mas relationnels.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 mon activit\u00e9 de th\u00e9rapeute, j\u2019anime des cercles de femmes et des stages de d\u00e9veloppement personnel. Ces espaces collectifs offrent un cadre s\u00e9curisant pour explorer le corps, les \u00e9motions et les relations, soutenir les processus de transformation et favoriser une meilleure connaissance de
